DANIEL J. PELLOW CONSULTING June 16, 2005 To whom it may concern: I have known Wayne Gaglia for 19 years, and have found him to be extremely conscientious, dependable, and honest. I have worked with Wayne on several large complex material handling projects. On these projects Wayne was responsible for the control systems. This included the design, computer panels, control panels, graphical user interfaces, application programming, and commissioning. These systems integrated together computers, PLCs, distributed I/O and drives over several types of networks. I was amazed at his ability to rapidly size up a situation and formulate steps to resolve problems and achieve very good operational results. He has a strong ability to quickly identify operational needs and devise new or revise existing programming to achieve the desired functional requirements. He can program in numerous computer languages and can also program a wide variety of PLCs, HMIs and Drives. Wayne possesses strong theoretical knowledge, but his strong practical knowledge and experience allow him to rapidly devise "real world" solutions to real problems. I do not believe that there is a control application where Wayne would not be able to devise a safe, practical, and operationally efficient solution.
